At Bite of the Bay, we don't just serve oysters; we celebrate local oyster farmers and create amazing experiences that take your taste buds straight to the essence of New England's maritime culture.

Meet Colin, who started his journey shucking oysters in restaurants along the vibrant shores of the Jersey coastline. Transitioning into the seafood sales industry, he learned the intricacies of what it takes to get an oyster from seed to market. In 2018 he moved to Massachusetts and met his now fiancé, Leigh, a Duxbury native surrounded by the rich legacy of quality oysters. Fast forward six years, and their shared passion has blossomed into a beautiful family, welcoming their son into the world.
